1. Do I need to have an account to place an order?

No, you can also order as a guest. But you have some advantages if you have an account with us, for example:

b: Easily view the status and history of your order.
C: Receive updated information about our new products and special promotions.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

 

3. Is my online order secure?
When you shop online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted with SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers.

 

4. Is there any kind of exchange?
All of our transactions are based on Mexican pesos. If your credit card is denominated in another currency, the total amount of your order will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

 

5. How do I set my delivery address?
Since our website and services are based in the USA, all information you enter must be in Spanish, including punctuation marks. If any of the letters in your address contain non-Spanish letters, we recommend that you replace them with similar Spanish letters. For example, you can substitute the letter "?" for a "c" 

 

6. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update the delivery address to your home address and not your holiday address, as we do not know how long the package will be held by the destination country's customs department.

 

7. How long does delivery take and how can I track my package?
The delivery time depends on the shipping option you have chosen. Once your order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

 

8. What should I do if there are items missing from my order?
